Hey girls - letting you know that we rec'd today 120 of the 200 needed for Hampton deposit. Word is more is on the way so I expect to sign a contract next week. Will keep you posted.

Meeting Notes 03-01-09
Awesome meeting today ladies - thanks ladies. Teresa you're a gem! Tanna tell Phil we expect to see and hear from him next month on what he would like to see happen at this event. Here are updated notes from today's meeting - don't do them now might not get a chance.

Program – need to find a chair for this portion of the evening – Ginger will see about contacting Steve Hardin - Do you remember … orange juice cans, senior skits and school plays, shirt tail day, bicycle rodeo, preparing War Wagons and for the Christmas Parade …class mottos 73 we raise hell we are free we’re the class of 73 – 75 born to be wild spoke to Billy Mac he will talk to Steve about pro-bono work ; recognize class officers – teacher recognition - registration questionnaire – current contact information to be past on to class representatives when complete - Suggestion: breakup emcee duties representative from each class – possible class representative welcoming at different times
2) Printed Event Program – Lenna and Faylon – print program recognize sponsors, committees
3) Dancing – DJ 60’s, 70’s, 80’s, and possibly 90’s Bill Cody Party Time – Ed Petty DJ – Ed’s #469-360-9023 – Party Time 214-340-8000
4) What would encourage mingling
a. Streaming pictures / - Submit pictures for video – bad pictures too
b. Area specific music
c. Outburst / charades / mingle sheet to give to attendees for door prize
d. 50/50 door prize pot
5) Ginger will check with Cecil Adams about arranging transportation for the evening
6) Professional photographer – Possibilities Quintana Photography for setting photos – Photos by Liddie for activity shots
7) Sponsor thank you – possible power point – print – no hanging banners do not want to distract from the decorations and main purpose of the event
